Dr. PS Daram , started his career in Mechanical Engineering who later pursed professional qualifications in Industrial Engineering. He has served large US multi national companies both as a Technical and Management Trainer. In the last 26 years, the course leader has held senior positions in large multi nationals. His last designation was Country Manager – Human Resource for a large Logistics multinational organization before venturing into Management Consulting.
He holds Post Graduate qualifications in Industrial Engineering, Training and Development and Masters in Business Management from the University of Bath. United Kingdom.- majoring in Organizational Behavior and Operations Management and later a PhD from the University of Bath. UK.
PS Daram conducts both technical and management programs locally and internationally. His specialized areas are in Organizational Methods, Competency Management, Productivity Improvement. He has authored books on Industrial Relations, Supervisory Management and Communications.
He currently conducts and trains both technical and management staff of Qatar Petroleum in Executive Development programs.
He conducts lectures in the local university on Logistics Management and other management subjects at the non profit professional management institutes in Malaysia.
Mr. Hamzah B. Shafiee

Mr Hamzah B. Shafiee is a seasoned Human Resource Practitioner, a trainer as well as a qualified teacher. He has been working in both the government and private sectors. After working with the Ministry of Education and PETRONAS for over 27 years, he joined Open University Malaysia as senior manager with the main task of promoting lifelong learning culture among the Malaysian society and he retired from the University in July 2016.
Mr. Hamzah’s close association with Malaysian Education System and his long human capital development experience in the PETRONAS Group has given him an extra advantage and added value to him as a trainer and education consultant.
During his PETRONAS days, Mr. Hamzah has been a licensed and certified trainer for a number internal training programmes. He brings with him a wide range of management knowledge and working experiences gained through his various job assignments locally and overseas, especially when he was posted to the Consulate of Malaysia in Sydney for several years.
Academically, Mr. Hamzah is an Australian-trained teacher, with his undergraduate days at Monash University (Melbourne) under the Colombo Plan Scholarship. He served the Ministry of Education for about seven years holding positions as teacher, teachers college lecturer and Assistant Director in Teachers Training Division. He joined PETRONAS in 1981 and retired in 2003. He went to Scotland to complete his MBA degree at the University of Stirling under the PETRONAS Scholarship. Upon retirement from PETRONAS, Mr. Hamzah joined Open University Malaysia as Senior Manager for Business Development for Meteor Learning Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Open University Malaysia. He stayed at the university until his retirement in July 2016. He is currently an active freelance trainer and consultant attached to CMTSB.
Datin Raja Maston Bt Raja Shah Kobat

Datin Raja Maston’s career as a professional trainer/facilitator/consultant spearheaded in 1996 after spending 13 years in her lecturing job at University Technology Mara (UiTM) and a part-time attachment with University Malaya.
Maston graduated from University of Surrey, United Kingdom with M.Sc. in International Hotel Management (1989), Centre International de Glion, a highly prestigious Hotel Management Academy, Switzerland with Postgraduate Diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management (1983) and Diploma in Chef Training from UiTM (1980).
In 1996 Raja Maston equipped herself with a Certificate in Training & Development from Institute of Personnel & Development (IPD), United Kingdom. At UiTM she was Head of Departments for Diploma in Hotel Management, Certificate in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Industrial Training and Examination Committee.
Raja Maston worked for Specialist Management Resources (SMR) from 1996 – 2008, Humanagement Development Consultancy (HDC) from 2008- 2011 and presently she is attached with Competency Management Training (M) Sdn Bhd.

Mr. Peter C.F. Voon (FCMI)
Peter brings with him over 30 years of managerial and industrial practice in Human Resource Development, Competency Profiling and Performance Improvement in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Korea, Vietnam, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Oman, U.A.E., U.K., Australia and New Zealand.
He holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons), and a Master in HRD (Distinction) from Sheffield, United Kingdom. He is a certified Competency Vocational Assessor (National Vocational Qualification Council, UK); accredited trainer with Institute of Leadership & Management, UK, Chartered Management Institute, UK and Managerial Assessment of Proficiency, USA; and a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (UK), American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), New Zealand Institute of Management (NZIM), and Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM). In addition, he was a faculty member of Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Engineering Management with University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
Prior to this, Peter was the Learning & Development Consultant with Sarawak Shell Bhd & Sabah Shell Petroleum Co. Ltd where he later became the HR Advisor for Shell Malaysia (Gas & Power). His experience encompassed an attachment with Shell Noordwijkerhout Learning Centre, The Netherlands and later imported the management programs where he had successfully implemented locally for Shell operating companies in the Asia Pacific Region. Today, he is retained as the Regional Resource for Shell Group programs EP 00 and EP 01 in the Far East Learning Hub.
Peter possesses a dynamic personality where he is able to nurture and engage his participants in an interactive learning process. To-date, he had designed and facilitated various management development programmes for more than 15,000 executives with multi-national corporations and conglomerates of diverse business portfolios
Mr Lawrence Lingkan

Adv Dip in Logistics.
Mr Lawrence graduated with a B.Soc Sc. Hons majoring in Management and English.
On graduation, he joined an International logistics organistion as a Human Resource Officer. He was was responsible for Industrial Relations and Training. Being a young graduate, he changed the prespective of the industry with extensive training to the logistics personnel to be competitive.
The industry which mainly made up high school dropouts, benefitted from his training. This in turned moved the company to a higher platform to cater the services to the Free Trade Zone companies.
His special skills in tabulating the pre and post results of bottom line performance and revenue saw a tremendrous increase in profitability.
He was identified by the Country Manager to Head the Training Division at the Headquaters level.
He was prominent and remarkable and with the company merging into a giant saw his potential grow.
News took too far, he was counter offered by another logistics company and became the Branch Manager. He was in this position for a good 5 years before venturing into full time consulting and training.

Mr. Yeo Sang Hong is a very experienced trainer in the field of supply chain management and operation management. During his working career, spanning over 30 years, he has held various positions, such as Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Logistics Manager, Procurement Manager and Supply Chain Manager. His most senior position was as a Company Director with a multinational company for 14 years before embarking as a fulltime trainer.
Among his outstanding achievements were the projects on Cost Saving and Cost Reduction activities for the procurement department and setting up procurement and supply chain department in the company and managing the overseeing cost control management, being a director of the company as well.
During the period from 2008 to 2013, he had successfully headed and led one of the multinational company in saving and eliminating a total cost of more than RM 6 million through systematic analysis of Procurement, Production and overall Operational activities.
Mr. Stephen Francis, BSc (Fin)CFP, RFP, CPT(IPMA UK)
Stephen Francis is a Certified Financial Planner, Registered Financial Planner, Certified Professional Trainer, Certified Trainer for HRDF and a Senior Toastmaster member.
His career started in 1985 with one of the world largest International Banking Group, HSBC Bank in Kuala Lumpur. His career took him to the Branch network where he spent almost 18 years rising to Customer Service Officer, Credit Officer and then as a Relationship Manager handling a portfolio of affluent customers.
After his vast exposure, he was handpicked to be a Sales Trainer at its HQ for 5 years from 2005 to 2010. He handled all the Sales training portfolio from Account Managers, Product Specialist Executives and Relationship Managers for the Consumer Banking Division. Coaching and Mentoring of all sales Managers was his
area of training.
Stephen was selected to represent Malaysia to its Regional HQ in Hong Kong to be accredited as a Coach/Mentor/Trainer for all the Relationship Managers in Malaysia. Stephen was promoted further to Head the sales team in one of their branches owing to his skills and knowledge. He was then head hunted into the largest regional local Bank, CIMB Bank as its Branch Manger where he served for 2 years until 2013.
He has a total of 28 years of exposure in Banking which he is frequently invited as a speaker for NGOs and even schools where he educates the younger generation on good money management skills through his Financial Literacy knowledge.
Stephen is currently conducting programs for Financial Institutions and Insurance Industry which follows through with a built in model of coaching and mentoring module for the relevant frontline staff. Stephen has since conducted Sales related programs for HSBC Bank, Maybank, Bank Muamalat, Malaysian Building Society Bhd, CIMB Bank, On Time Logistic (M) Sdn Bhd, Ambank and MCIS Zurich.
